What is the deposit to hold our date?

Deposit will be $2,000 for any wedding over 52 people, and $1,000 for a micro wedding.

What is your capacity?

We can accommodate up to 275 guests in our reception tent. And a maximum of 52 in the mansion for micro weddings.

Do you have options for inside & outside ceremony?

Yes! The front room of the mansion can accommodate 100 chairs, any wedding significantly over that number will have to be in the tent for the ceremony. Main ceremony space is outside.

How long do we have access to the venue on wedding day?

12pm is the earliest anyone can arrive to the mansion on the day of the wedding. You may purchase additional hours to come in before 12pm, but the earliest we allow for that would be 10am. 11pm is your end time, but we allow you maximum an hour to collect everything before you have to be out.

Do we have to take our decor down once the night is over?

Yes, we do ask that everything of yours is taken out the night of, so please plan accordingly.

What decor restrictions do you have?

We do not allow any confetti, glitter, or anything of that nature in or out of the mansion/tent. Candles are fine, as long as they’re enclosed in some kind of glass or cylinder. No adhesive or nails are allowed to be used in the mansion. Nothing can be done to the integrity of the house or the tent (hanging things from chandeliers/sconces etc). We do not allow sparklers, or cold sparklers if your DJ provides them.

What fees do you have?

We have state tax, gratuity and a staffing fee that is added to your invoice. You can always request a quote if needed.

Do we need to use your preferred vendors?

Nope!

Is there a discount for an off-season wedding?

We do not have a discount for an off-season wedding, however, we do not have the requirement of 125 guests for a Saturday wedding.

Can I bring in my own caterer?

We do all catering on-site, and do not allow any outside catering. The only food we allow in that is not provided by us, are your desserts. Your desserts MUST be from a licensed bakery/grocery store. If they are made by someone without a food license or permit, or an established business, they will not be served to your guests.

What’s included in the open bar?

The basic per person price includes a 4.5 hour open bar, beer and wine only. If you’d like liquor to be available, it’s $10/person that is of age. We supply you with basic mixers, and we do not allow shots.

Do you have bridal suites?

Yep! The groom has his own suite and a big sunroom, and the girls have 2 suites. One for the bridesmaids and one for the bride. All are upstairs.

Is there parking?

Yes, we have our own parking lot for your guests to use.

Will you be our day of coordinator? Or is there one that is apart of the mansion?

While we help you in the process of your wedding (timeline, food menu, linen choices etc) we are not a coordinator. Our staff will dress your reception tables as well as tear them down, but in terms of decor, we do not set anything up.
